1.Mandatory Unboxing Video
•You must record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel.
•The video should clearly show the parcel from all sides, the opening process, and the product inside.
•Without this video proof, we will not initiate any return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
2.Return Eligibility
•Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
•The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
•Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
3.Non-Returnable Items
•Accessories, sale items, and limited-edition products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4.Return Process
•To start a return, please DM us on Instagram or email our support team with your order ID, reason for return, and the unboxing video.
•Once your return is verified and approved, we will share the return address and shipping details.
•Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
5.Refunds / Exchange
•After we receive and inspect the product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days.
•Refunds will be made to your original payment method only.
