• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• During sale or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed.
2. Shipping Time
• Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• Orders below ₹499 have a shipping charge of ₹70.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include a flat ₹80 charge.
• We always recommend choosing prepaid for faster and smoother delivery.
4. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your order.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
• Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate before checkout.
• Moxpo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
• If the parcel returns due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. International Shipping
• Currently, Moxpo ships only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
